Maria Elena Rodriguez,
muchos la conocimos como Mary, otros como Elena. Mary nació el dia 18 de noviembre de 1976, en la ciudad de Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. Fue la primera de tres hijas de sus padres, los señores Maria del Rayo Palomino y Pedro Carrillo.
A Mary le sobreviven su esposo Rafael Rodríguez y sus 4 hijos Andrea, Osvaldo, Emiliano y Elías, sus dos hermanas y sobrinos. Rafael fue su compañero de vida, a quien amó y protegió siempre. Mary dió todo por sus hijos, los amó a cada uno de una forma diferente pero a ninguno más que a otro, tenía esa forma de conectar diferente con cada uno, siempre al pendiente de ellos, siempre llenandoles la panza con sopita y el corazón con su forma tan única de amarlos. Trabajó tan duro para darles Estudios de Universidad a Andrea y a Osvaldo, no fue fácil, no descansó hasta que los vió a los dos graduarse. Para sus padres y sus hermanas siempre fue un gran apoyo, fue muy amada por ellos. Hizo muchos amigos, por su sencillez y gran carisma, con quien disfrutaba tanto platicar y a quienes siempre escuchaba con sincero interés. Mary fue muy servicial ¿quién no recibió un favor de ella por pequeño que fuera?..Siempre estaba atenta a las necesidades de los demás. Acogía a familia y amigos en su casa, siempre atendiendoles y preparando su deliciosa comida, disfrutaba tanto de las fiestas y de las reuniones. Mary fue una mujer sencilla, humilde, fuerte, trabajadora, protectora y muy servicial, era una mujer de mucha fe amó a Dios y tenía el gran anhelo de servirle y de seguir su camino. Mary deja un profundo vacío en quienes la amaron, y una huella inborrable en cada corazón que tocó, con su sonrisa, con su gran amabilidad y con su gran corazón.
Asi la recordaremos siempre...

Many of us knew her as Mary, others as Elena. Mary was born on November 18, 1976, in the city of Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was the first of three daughters of her parents, Maria del Rayo Palomino and Pedro Carrillo.
Mary is survived by her husband Rafael Rodríguez and her 4 children Andrea, Osvaldo, Emiliano and Elías, her two sisters and nephews. Rafael was her life partner, whom she always loved and protected. Mary gave everything for her children, she loved each one in a different way but none more than the other, she had that way of connecting with each one in their own way, always looking out for them, always filling their bellies with humble meals, soup and their hearts with her unique way of loving them. She worked so hard to give Andrea and Osvaldo University Studies, it was not easy, she went restless for years until she saw them both graduate. For her parents and her sisters, she was always a great support, she was very loved by them. Mary made many friends, due to her simplicity and great charisma, with whom she enjoyed talking so much and to whom she always listened with sincere interest. Mary was very helpful. Who didn't receive a favor from her?
No matter how small? She was always attentive to the needs of others. Mary welcomed family and friends into her humble abode, always serving them and preparing delicious food, she enjoyed parties and gatherings so very much. Mary was a simple, humble, strong, hard-working, protective and very helpful woman. Mary was a woman of great faith. She loved God and had a great desire to serve him and follow his path. Mary leaves a deep void in those who loved her, and an indelible mark on every heart she touched, with her smile, with her great kindness and with her big heart.
This is how we will always remember her.
