Patricia Ann Houseman, 82, passed away on June 12, 2023, at Edencrest at The Legacy. Patricia was born on July 30, 1940, to her parents George and Florence (Swore) Breeding. Patricia married Ken Houseman in 1958, and 3 children were born from this union, and they cherished 63 years of marriage before Ken’s passing in early 2022.
Patricia worked in administrative/management for many years at Farmland Insurance. She enjoyed camping, bowling in her 20’s and 30’s and was an avid Nascar fan up to the day she passed. She loved all those she worked with, cherished her family, husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Patricia just had this way about her that made all those around her love her for who she was, open, honest and with no filter.
Patricia is survived by her son Kenny, 3 siblings (Dennis, Sharon, and Raymond), 6 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren, daughter in law Kathleen and son in law Casey. She is predeceased by her husband Ken, daughter Tammy, and son Randy.
On Friday, June 30th there will be a memorial service at Sunset Memorial Chapel from 11:00am-12:00pm with a graveside service to follow where she will be laid to rest next to her husband and son at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family invites all to join back in the chapel for a luncheon and time to further commemorate the life of Patricia.
