Pedro Galvan, 37, from Des Moines passed away on September 28, 2020.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 3:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 3301 Ashworth Road, West Des Moines, Iowa, 50266. Visitation will be from 2:00 until service time at 3:00 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the family to be designated at a later date.
Pedro Galvan was born on July 6, 1983 in Los Angeles, California; he was the son of Eleazar Cruz and Agustina Galvan. He attended Roosevelt High School graduating with the class of 2002. He had a great passion for cooking as he worked at Protein House of Des Moines. Pedro loved music, drumming, stargazing, video games, reading, writing, and a great talent for writing poetry. He was a free spirit and was known and loved by many.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters Celestial Sky and Luna Bella Galvan, his parents, Eleazar and Augustina, and siblings, Jesus Cruz, Mirella Cruz, Luis Cruz and Brenda Cruz all of Des Moines, Iowa.
