Robert J. Mezera was born February 20, 1932 in Glen Haven, WI and passed away on September 15, 2020 in Des Moines, IA.
Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m., Monday, September 21, 2020 at Brooks South Town Chapel at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Robert was a longtime resident of Des Moines, where he was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and the American Legion. He proudly served in the United States Air Force.
Robert is survived by his wife, Mary; sons: James, Mark, and Frank; and brother, William Mezera. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna (Doskocil) Mezera; sisters Florence and Mildred; and brothers Howard and Edward.
